THE STORY:

Back in 2007, I started making jerky for my friends and family.  I soon realized I started making friends because of the jerky!

Jerky from the store is too complex.  If you can't pronounce the ingredients, it's a good idea not to eat them.  I promise, a two year old can say each of the ingredients, and you can count them on one hand.

Bags are $7.00 each (plus shipping if applicable) and contain no less than 4 oz of ou finest jerky....

Once you try some, you'll never go back.  We make the jerky in small batches several times a month, so you never have to wonder how long it's been sitting on the shelf.
